Once I sign the paperwork, am I committed?

No, signing paperwork allows us to ‘get the ball rolling’ and begin to process your loan. Should you have a change of mind or circumstance, you are able to cancel at any time at no cost to your self. N.B. Cancellation of a mortgage application must be prior to a formal offer of loan being received by you. A formal offer usually takes approximately three weeks to arrange.

Absolutely. Your loan application is treated in the strictest confidence. We will not contact your employers, bank or any other third party without your prior permission.

Are any restrictions placed on how I can spend the money?
